Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives with the wrong size or the size you selected doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement subject to availability, or offer a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
